My interest in building businesses started at a young age. Whether it was selling stick-figure drawings door-to-door for a quarter or pawning off baseball cards to save up for a Lego set, I was always looking for ways to make money. In high school, I competed in Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) and was a state finalist Sterling Scholar in Business & Marketing.
As an undergrad, I studied entrepreneurship. As an MBA, I studied Brand and Product Management, learning directly from companies like Coca-Cola, Kimberly-Clark, and General Mills. Upon graduation, I started working for the company that invented the idea of brand management, Procter & Gamble. Here I worked on well known mega-brands like Covergirl and Olay.
In the meantime, I've also gained experience by working for a variety of small businesses and start-ups across a variety of different industries including tech, health & wellness, travel & tourism, hospitality, food service, and non-profit.
